Not letting any grass grow under her feet, she is currently studying for the first actuary exam in order to sit for it this coming spring.
In her free time, Lauren likes hanging out with friends, taking pictures, exploring photography, and playing with her dog.
Betsy Rubendall has been with Physicians Thrive for 9 years. As a former small business owner, Kyle realizes that physicians and dentists alike have very little free time to deal with their financial affairs. Using one-on-one guidance while providing timely solutions to the many challenges facing this uniquely-skilled group, Derrick shares his knowledge with doctors and dentists by conducting educational seminars throughout Florida and Georgia.
Derrick graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a bachelor of science degree in aerospace engineering. Post-graduation, Derrick learned that the achievement of specific goals required the utmost loyalty, integrity and a steadfast dedication to others. During the eight years he was an Army officer and commander, Derrick was charged with the financial responsibility of over $50 million worth of Government property while being entrusted with the livelihood and daily concerns of America’s sons and daughters. Brandon Lochstampfor joined Larson Financial in 2012 and is committed to providing financial planning to physicians. Brandon understands how the dedication and countless hours spent by doctors on their practice typically gives them little time to focus on their own personal financial situations. Brandon’s goal is to help alleviate some of the burdens of coordinating all the different facets of wealth management by providing comprehensive financial planning services. Brandon received his degree in Kinesiology from Wheaton College. After college he financed, opened and operated his own fitness facility in St. Louis. I know that sometimes things may get overlooked or neglected. I don’t want that to happen with my clients. Brandon and his wife Rebecca live in Lake St. Louis, Missouri with their two boys, Andrew and Asher and their daughter Mirabella. They enjoy hanging out on the lake in the summer, snowboarding in the winter and riding dirt bikes. Blake has many interests and enjoys golf, playing the piano, spending time with his family, watching any and every sport on TV, Sudoku puzzles and listening to music.
Blake currently holds his Series 65 Uniform Investment Advisor license, maintains Life and Health Insurance Licenses in the State of Missouri and is a Notary Public. He has his BA in Finance from Lindenwood University.
His proudest accomplishments include his high school golf team’s 2013 Missouri State Golf Championship in his junior year and graduating college magna cum laude.

His paternal grandfather was the only physician in a small town in South Dakota for many years. Having watched how high the demand was on his grandfather and grandmother, Bedford is committed to serving physicians and their families to help reduce anxiety about their unique financial needs. Because of these experiences, he is passionate about caring for those who are caregivers themselves and helping them achieve their financial and life goals.
Bedford currently holds his Series 7, Series 66 and Montana Real Estate licenses as well as his Life and Health certifications. Initially, he began his career in banking. After completing his Master’s degree, he also spent many years as the head of a large and fast-growing nonprofit organization.
In addition to being a regular conference and retreat speaker at events across the country, Bedford is an Ironman triathlete, golfer and regularly performs in productions with the local opera company. He and his wife, Robin, live in Bozeman, Montana with their three young children and enjoy taking advantage of all the outdoor activities their city offers. Tt (Total Term) indicates how long you could live on your current wealth if it did not grow.
Tt provides a conservative estimate of how many years you could survive if you stopped working today. It’s calculated by dividing net worth by annual living expenses. It is also a summation of the four blocks to its left which represent each asset type: Lt (Liquid Term), Qt (Qualified Term), and Rt (Real Estate Term). There’s also a bonus Element for business owners: Bt (Business Term).

These Elements represent three of the four asset types in a person’s portfolio (the fourth is a business and Business Term is a bonus Element for business owners), and when added together, they create your Tt.
